I’m Grace, founder of Method Ops. My background is in finance and accounting, and I’ve spent nearly a decade working with early-stage technology startups, primarily seed and Series A.I've been Head of Ops, Ops Lead, and COO for several founders. I was also a co-founder myself, building software to make stablecoin payments easier for businesses.I’ve worked in both B2B and B2C. I have deep context in crypto, where custody, accounting treatment, tax implications, global headcount and payments add real complexity.I operate with a bias toward execution. I work with a limited number of startups at a time so I can deliver outcomes — not just recommendations.
